All brides must book and attend a trial hair and/or makeup session with Robert prior to your wedding day. This is a cash-only transaction. Your wedding day booking must then be confirmed within 14 days of your trial booking.
After your trial session, your booking will be accepted and confirmed by receipt of a confirmation email which also confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. A non-refundable 50% holding deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is then deducted from the total balance which is payable 1 week prior to your wedding day.
Robert may charge you a cancellation fee of 50% per person booked, on top of retaining your deposit, based on a genuine pre-estimate of the financial loss suffered by reserving the date.
Robert is happy to accommodate any extra parties when 4 weeks’ notice is given and a revised quote will be provided (payable with the final total balance). Unfortunately Robert is unable to accept any additional parties on the actual day.
Important: Should your numbers decrease once your booking has been confirmed, a 50% cancellation fee per person will apply.
You acknowledge that services provided involve Robert applying skin products directly to the relevant parts of your body & agree that you have disclosed any medical conditions such as skin sensitivity.
There is no travel charge for the Sydney CBD or inner-city however travel charges (covering time, vehicle use and petrol) do apply outside these areas including to Sydney suburbs located 25km and over from the CBD, the Hunter Valley and Blue Mountains. Should Robert be required to fly to your destination, all expenses including accommodation, meals and sundries are payable by you the client.
Hotel car parking fees are payable by the client.
Should Robert be ill or unable to attend your booking, he will send a colleague of equal experience to you, who will be fully briefed on your look & the products required. You will be notified as soon as possible.
